Martial Disciplines
|
The disciplines which are practised in the Makoto gymnasium offer a wide range of possibility to satisfy the inclinations of the sportsman who wants to practise a martial art.
The instructors dedicate all their experience to the pupils who begin their activity for the first time and experts already stimulate those ones to practise the activity with motivations which go beyond the superficial competitive and sporting appearance of the chosen discipline.
